We replace many item of Polyester Padding such as Regular, Airhole Silicon, Feather Touch and Low Melty Soft Padding (LS). Which our products ideal for Jackets, winter clothing, sport wears, bedcover, pillow, toys, funiture etc. We also produce several special quality of Polyester Padding, special for bra. Triumph, Wacoal, Sara Lee etc have use this item to fill their products.

Our products promise comfort, smoothness, free of shin irritation and percolation padding from P.T. Kuralon Indah Sejahtera, are available on the basis of weight per unit ranging from 45 grams to 350 grams, or 2 ounces to 12 ounces per square meter or per square yard. Whatever the grade is, we always enchance the endurance, strong elasticity and softness of the products through our best heating process and quality control.

We have fill demand from other countries beside domestic market such as Colombo, Chittagong, Port Louis, Dubai, Egypt etc.

To keep our babies and us be healthy, we have tested our product to Oeko Tex, and have Oeko Tex Cetificate Class I which meaning that our products have free from the dangerous chemical.

To fill all demand from our customer we have 3 machines to produce this item. Total capacity were 75000 yards/day.

Quilting

To fill the new design and fashionable which come from many countries to appear the best fashion in their mode, so we have equipped the updating quilting machine to do service at the fabric to give several motif at their product. PT Kuralon Indah Sejahtera is positioned to meet quilting requirement for about 20,000 yards per day both for 45" and 65" in width. A great variety of quilting patterns can be easily made with good quality at customer's request
